Exercise Description
Get on the pull-down machine with your back straight, knees fixed, and feet placed on the floor.
Grab the ends of the bar with an overhand grip.
Pull the bar and bring it towards your chest by folding your arms and taking your elbows down.
Return to the initial position by straightening your arms and then repeat.
Exercise Tips
Keep your back straight and chest open.
Don't lift your hips from the seat.
Keep your neck in a neutral position and maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
