Tricep Muscle Groups

Tricep Exercise Muscles involves targeting its three heads - the long, lateral, and medial - of the triceps brachii. Found on the back of the upper arm, this thick muscle group is essential for extending the elbow joint.

The long head is closest to the body and is the largest head. The lateral head is located on the outside of the arm. The medial head is located closest to the elbow joint.

To maximize growth and symmetry, when you design or choose a triceps workout, it should target these three muscle groups. In short, choose or plan to perform triceps muscle exercises that aim to target the long, lateral, and medial heads of the triceps brachii muscle group.
