A list of pre-configured six day workout splits
Six-day routines are workout plans where there are six schedules of exercises that target the entire body. This class of splits is typically worked out six days a week. For example, one might work out on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with two rest days. There is also a rolling schedule with one rest day between all six days.
