Air Squats

Exercise Description

  1. Stand tall with your back straight, feet shoulder-width apart, and place your hands at opposite shoulders.
  2. Lower your hips to the floor by bending your knees.
  3. As your thighs become parallel to the floor, return to the initial position, and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your back straight and avoid leaning forward.
  2. Don't allow your knees to go too far forward.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern and avoid holding your breath.
