Stand tall with your back straight, feet
shoulder-width apart, and extend your arms to
shoulder height, holding the barbell of the smith
machine in front of you.
Place your toes on a 2-3 inches high bar and
raise yourself by lifting your heels off the floor.
Hold for a while, return to the initial position,
and repeat.
