Dumbbell Arnold Press

Exercise Description

  1. Sit on a bench with your back supported, knees bent, and feet on the floor.
  2. Hold the dumbbells with your arms folded against your chest and your palms facing backward.
  3. Open your elbows wide, turn your forearms inward and extend your arms overhead to raise the dumbbells.
  4. Return to the initial position, and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your back nicely supported, and don't lean forward.
  2. Keep your wrists in a neutral position while holding the dumbbells.
  3. Maintain a regular breathing pattern.
