Close Grip Pushdowns

Exercise Description

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grab the v-bar near your chest with an overhand grip, folded arms, and your hands shoulder-width apart.
  3. Pull the bar towards your thighs by straightening your arms.
  4. Return to the initial position slowly and then repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your back straight and chest open.
  2. Don't use your body weight to pull the bar and avoid swaying.
  3. Keep your elbows close to your torso and avoid moving them.
