Exercise Description

  1. Lie down on a leg press machine with your back supported making a 45-degree angle with the floor, knees bent, and feet placed against the platform.
  2. Push the platform forward by extending your legs.
  3. Hold for a few seconds, return to the initial position, and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your back supported nicely.
  2. Don't extend your legs fully and avoid locking your knees.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
