Overhead Tricep Dumbell Extensions

Exercise Description

  1. Sit down on a bench with your back straight, knees bent, and feet on the floor.
  2. Grab a dumbbell with both hands while extending your arms overhead and bending your elbows to a 90-degree angle.
  3. Raise the dumbbell by straightening your arms overhead.
  4. As your arms become fully extended, return to the initial position and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your head and avoid moving your shoulders.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern and avoid breath-holding.
