Air Bike : Bicycle Crunches

Exercise Description

  1. Lie down on your back with your hips and knees bent to 90 degrees and your arms extended overhead.
  2. Place your hands behind your head and bring one knee and opposite elbow towards each other.
  3. Hold for a while, return to the initial position, and repeat by switching sides.

Exercise Tips

  1. Don't raise your lower back and keep your legs parallel to the floor.
  2. Avoid bending your neck and keep it in a neutral position.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern and avoid breath-holding.
