Exercise Description

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Take a short step forward and lower your rear knee to the floor while bending your front knee.
  3. As your front thigh comes parallel to the floor, return to the initial position and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  2. Don't lean forward while lowering your knee to the floor.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
