Exercise Description

  1. Stand between the bars of a chest dip machine and hold the bars by taking your arms past your back with bent elbows.
  2. Place a dumbbell between your legs and bend your knees and hips to lift yourself off the floor.
  3. Pull yourself up by straightening your arms.
  4. Return to the initial position and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep yourself leaned forward throughout.
  2. Maintain a good pace and rhythm.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern and avoid breath-holding.
