Reverse Barbell Curls

Exercise Description

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the barbell near your thighs with an overhand grip, straight arms, and hands placed shoulder-width apart.
  3. Raise the barbell towards the shoulders by folding your arms.
  4. As you reach shoulder level, return to the initial position slowly and repeat.
