Exercise Description
Stand holding the pulley machine's rack with your left hand and lean backward while bending your front knee.
Hold the cable in your right hand with your arm hanging at your side.
Pull the cable towards your right while taking your arm to shoulder height.
Return to the starting position slowly and repeat.
Exercise Tips
Keep your back straight.
Avoid bending your arm while pulling the cable.
Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
