Standing Barbell Bicep Curls

Exercise Description

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the barbell above your thighs with an underhand grip, arms slightly bent, and hands placed at shoulder width.
  3. Raise the barbell towards the shoulders by folding your arms.
  4. As you reach the shoulder level, return to the initial position and repeat.
