Hanging Knee Raises

Exercise Description

  1. Start in a hanging position holding a bar with your hands wide apart and palms facing forward.
  2. Raise both of your knees towards your chest while folding your legs.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep you neck in a neutral position.
  2. While lowering your knees, keep your muscles engaged, don't let them fall freely.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing rhythm.
