Exercise Description
Lie down on a decline bench with your hands holding a dumbbell above your stomach and your feet fixed against the bars/handles.
Raise your chest forward and bring dumbbells towards your knees.
Return to the initial position and repeat.
Exercise Tips
Keep your neck in a neutral position.
Avoid breath holding.
While returning to the initial position, keep your abdominals engaged, don't let yourself fall freely towards the bench.
