How to perform
Exercise Description
Stand tall with your back straight and feet together.
Hold one end of a landmine bar while keeping your elbow bent at your side.
Raise the landmine by extending our arm overhead.
As your arm becomes entirely straight, return to the initial position, and repeat.
Exercise Tips
Keep your body a little tilted forward against the landmine.
Don't lift your heels off the floor.
Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
