Bent Over Single Arm Rope Tricep Kickbacks

Exercise Description

  1. Stand tall facing a crossover machine, take a step forward, and lean forward by bending your front knee.
  2. Grab the cable in one hand by folding your arm and taking your elbow past your back.
  3. Pull the cable by straightening your arm behind your back.
  4. Return to the initial position and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Place your other hand on your front knee for support.
  2. Keep your elbow fixed at a point and avoid moving your shoulder.
  3. Keep your muscles active, and don't release the cable freely while returning.
