Exercise Description

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower your hips while bending your knees and place your hands on the floor.
  3. Extend your legs backward to get into a plank position.
  4. Jump your legs forward and return to the standing position while extending your arms overhead.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your back straight and avoid bending it unnecessarily.
  2. Maintain a smooth rhythm between the repetitions.
  3. Avoid holding your breath.
