Exercise Description

  1. Start by hanging on a bar with an overhand grip and your hands placed wider than your shoulder width.
  2. Bend your knees and roll your feet over each other to keep them off the floor.
  3. Pull yourself up by folding your arms and take your chest towards the bar.
  4. Return to the initial position slowly and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Avoid swaying while hanging on the bar.
  2. Pull yourself up by using the muscles of your arms.
  3. Don't let yourself fall freely while lowering your body.
