Begin walking in a normal pattern while keeping your arms at a place.
Exercise Tips
Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
Keep your arms extended and avoid bending your elbows.
Maintain a smooth breathing pattern and avoid breath-holding.
When tracking, track each step as a rep.
