Exercise Description

  1. Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the dumbbells near your hips with your arms straight and palms facing inwards.
  3. Begin walking in a normal pattern while keeping your arms at a place.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  2. Keep your arms extended and avoid bending your elbows.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern and avoid breath-holding.
  4. When tracking, track each step as a rep.
