Abductor Machine

Exercise Description

  1. Sit on a hip abductor machine with your back straight, knees bent, and feet on the footrests.
  2. Set the padded bars against the outer sides of your knees.
  3. Open your knees apart to push the bars sideways.
  4. As you reach your maximum range, return to the initial position and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  2. Don't raise your hips off the seat.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
