Exercise Description

  1. Stand tall with your back straight, holding dumbbells in your hands near the hips, and take a step forward.
  2. Lower yourself by taking your rear knee to the floor and bending your front knee.
  3. As your front thigh comes parallel to the floor, return to the initial position, and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your back straight and avoid slouching.
  2. Don't lean forward while lowering yourself to the floor.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
