Machine Rear Fly

Exercise Description

  1. Sit on the bench with your back straight, knees bent, and feet on the floor.
  2. Extend your arms forward and grab the handles of the machine with your palms facing down.
  3. Pull the handles by opening your arms wide to your sides.
  4. As your arms are aligned with the shoulders, return to the initial position and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Keep your chest out and your back straight.
  2. Avoid leaning backward.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
