Exercise Description

  1. Get your knees on the platform of the pull-up machine and grab the bar with your hands placed close to each other and palms facing toward you.
  2. Take a deep breath and pull yourself up by bending your arms while bringing your chin towards the bar.
  3. Exhale and return to the starting position by straightening your arms slowly.

Exercise Tips

  1. Slouch forward so the focus is on the biceps.
  2. Adjust the weight of the machine according to your strength.
  3. Perform the exercise at a slow pace and avoid any jerky movements.
