Decline Machine Chest Press

Exercise Description

  1. Get on a decline chest press machine with your back supported incline, knees bent, and feet on the floor.
  2. Grab the handles of the machine while opening your elbows wide to shoulder level, and bending your forearms.
  3. Push the handles of the machine by straightening your arms upward and forward.
  4. Return to the initial position, and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Don't lean forward while pushing the handles.
  2. Don't raise your feet off the floor.
  3. Maintain a regular breathing pattern.
