Exercise Description
Stand tall with your back straight and feet shoulder-width apart.
Grab the bar with an overhand grip and your hands shoulder-width apart by extending your arms overhead.
Pull the bar down and bring it towards your belly while keeping your arms straight.
Return to the initial position slowly and then repeat.
Exercise Tips
Keep your back straight and chest open.
Don't use your body weight to push the bar.
Keep your neck in a neutral position and maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
