Good Mornings

Exercise Description

  1. Stand tall with your feet spread wide apart holding a barbell behind your neck and over your shoulders.
  2. Lean forward almost parallel to the floor while pushing your hips back and bending your knees slightly.
  3. Return by straightening your back and repeat.

Exercise Tips

  1. Maintain a slight arch in your lower back.
  2. Keep your neck in a neutral position.
  3. Maintain a smooth breathing pattern.
  4. Inhale before leaning forward, exhale and then return to the starting position.
